How it works

Drop us a line with your requirements, or to arrange a chat about how we could help you:

Let us know the date, location and any other preliminary details if your event will be live.

We’ll check our availability and prepare a quote for you based on fees and travel expenses (if any).

Once you are happy with your quote we’ll book in your dates (for live events) and finalise any details.

Our quotes are fully inclusive of all briefing, preparation, equipment, digitisation of large format live graphics and licensing. A deposit may be required for travel .

Images are produced under the Creative Commons Attribution License, other licensing is available on request (e.g. for a Strategy you need to keep confidential).

For live graphic recording we’ll bring easels and boards to work on. We’ll arrive about an hour before your event to set up, and check-in with you in case of last minute changes.

You and your participants are very welcome to take and share photos of the graphic during and after the event.

After live events we’ll take the graphics away to be scanned and digitised.

For live graphic recording we’ll provide files in .png, .jpg (raster images) in a range of sizes suitable for full size reprinting, high quality A3 printing (300 dpi) and web sharing (1600px wide). The original images are available on request.

For digital visual summaries and other graphics we can provide files in .png, .jpg (raster images) and .svg (vector images) at your preferred sizes.

“You’ve covered exactly what we were after, which was not easy! And you’ve surpassed our expectations. You’ve brought far more than an ability to draw but brought your own flavour/identity and an ability to explain the complex in a clear way. Not too much detail and not too little. You have really added value to our training material, and I genuinely believe there will be pressure ulcers avoided and/or dealt with earlier as a result.”
